TradeAutomationHub LLC provides software engineering services for trading automation. We develop custom software, integrations, and automation systems based on client specifications.

2. No Financial Advice

We are a software engineering firm. We do not provide investment advice, financial advisory services, or trading signals. All software we develop is for automation purposes only.

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments carries risk of loss. Our software automates processes but does not make trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requirements and specifications
• Testing software in appropriate environments
• Understanding and accepting trading risks
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to custom-developed code created specifically for their project. We retain rights to our general tools, libraries, and frameworks.

6. Warranty and Liability

We warrant that our software will perform substantially as specified. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for trading losses or consequential damages.
